Regional management experience is a plus * Understanding of body shop tooling and operations * Superior communication skills, written and oral - Spanish speaking preferred. Computer skills and ability to work with MS Office: Word, PowerPoint, Excel, Outlook * Demonstrated negotiation tactics and ability to influence and drive results * Ability to establish and maintain cooperative working relationships with those contacted in the course of work, including the public, and provide excellent customer service ## Description Tesla Collision is looking for a Regional Network Manager to work on one of the most progressive vehicle brands in the world. This position will involve supporting all aspects of its Approved Collision Center Program. This position must be based out of a Tesla Collision Center and travel is expected 25% of the time. In person visits to our Tesla Approved Collision Centers is a must. If you are interested in becoming a part of a world class service team supporting the latest EV technology, we are interested in hearing from you What You'll Do * Manage the performance of Tesla Approved Collision Centers in your region,while reviewing their compliance and traveling andvisiting the collision centers * Locate and onboard high quality body shops in our markets of need, expand and identify new markets for the Tesla Approved Collision Center network to scale with vehicle growth * Advocate on behalf of Tesla customers to expedite the collision repair andreturn the vehicle to its originally engineered state of safety, performance, and aesthetics in the most economical manner * Rapid communication to all partners internal and external is a must * Ability and willingness to perform as a team member on multiple projects simultaneously and work effectively in a fast-paced, dynamic team environment with high expectations for quality * Identify areas of opportunity of internal/external processes and interact cross functionally with departments to work toward continuous improvements.
