* 10+ years of Oracle EBS functional consulting experience.
 * Experience supporting large-scale finance transformation or ERP modernization initiatives.
 * Prior experience with Oracle Fixed Assets implementations, enhancements, or migrations.
 * Experience supporting OAS reporting environments and Oracle BI repository development.
 * Strong communication skills with the ability to work directly with business and executive stakeholders.

Nice to Have
