## Description

Our Carrollton, TX-based client is hiring a UI/UX Designer focused on the discovery, ideation, and development of new digital products in the retirement space and beyond. The UI/UX Designer will guide the digital future of our client's firm by working cross-functionally to test new ideas, pilot solutions, and prepare successful concepts for broader rollout., * Lead the design strategy and define the user experience for new products across web and mobile platforms

 * Own the end-to-end product design of digital products from concept to launch across multiple lines of business
 * Conduct user research and usability testing to inform design approaches
 * Communicate design concepts, prototypes, and testing insights to key stakeholders
 * Research the use of AI-assisted user workflows
 * Create specifications and assets for the engineering team
