This will help you stand out * Experience preparing technical estimates and solution designs. * Strong troubleshooting and defect-resolution skills. * Experience supporting QA, regression testing, and production deployments. * Ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional technical and business teams. * Experience in post-production support and warranty-period activities. ## Description As a Senior SYNON/AS400 Developer, you will make an impact by designing, developing, and supporting business-critical applications in an AS400 environment. You will be a valued member of the technology team, collaborating with business analysts, technical leads, quality assurance teams, and stakeholders to deliver high-quality solutions throughout the software development lifecycle. In this role, you will: * Partner with business analysts and technical leads to clarify requirements and define technical solutions. * Analyze business needs and prepare technical designs, estimates, and development plans. * Develop, review, and enhance applications using AS400 technologies including RPGLE, RPGILE, CLLE, and SYNON. * Create and execute unit test plans, resolve defects, and support quality assurance and regression testing activities. * Support deployments, production releases, and post-implementation activities to ensure stable and successful solution delivery.
