Experience in development life cycle is preferred. * Senior-level, hands-on experience building and shipping React Native applications in production environments. * Strong proficiency in JavaScript and/or TypeScript. * Solid understanding of mobile application architecture, development lifecycle, testing, release management, and production support. * Experience working closely with native iOS and Android teams in shared mobile environments. * Demonstrated ability to independently own features and deliver with minimal direction. * Strong verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively across technical and non-technical teams. * Must be based in the U.S. and able to work onshore in a time zone that overlaps with the core team. * Experience shipping hybrid native/React Native applications strongly preferred. * Experience converting native iOS or Android features into React Native solutions preferred. * Telecom industry experience is a plus. * Familiarity with reading and implementing from Figma designs is a plus., In accordance with federal law, only applicants who are legally authorized to work in the United States will be considered for this position. In this highly visible role, you will partner closely with native iOS and Android engineering chapters to deliver seamless, production-ready experiences and help shape the transition from native to hybrid mobile development where it makes the most sense.
