## About the Role

* Bachelor's degree or 4 additional years of experience in Systems Engineering
 * 5 years of IT engineering experience in any of the following areas:
 * Experience in full stack development of .NET applications
 * Experience in full stack development of JavaScript applications
 * Proficiency in AWS or Azure configurations and deployments.
 * Experience preparing reports on security vulnerabilities, incidents, and risk management activities.
 * Assist in cloud development cycles and CI-CD pipelines
 * Audit and maintain code repositories
 * Must maintain DOD 8140 compliance for IAT 2 or Security+ CE, * Strong knowledge of cybersecurity frameworks, including RMF, DISA STIGs, and vulnerability management tools like Nessus.

## Description

As a Cloud Solutions Architect, you will design and implement scalable, secure cloud-based solutions using AWS and Azure to meet mission requirements.

 * You will collaborate with cross-functional teams, including DevSecOps, cybersecurity, and systems engineers, to deliver robust infrastructure solutions.
 * Additionally, you will lead the development and maintenance of Infrastructure as Code (IaC) using tools such as Terraform, AWS CloudFormation, and CDK. Strengthening system security will be a key focus, achieved by implementing DISA STIGs, conducting regular vulnerability assessments, and remediating identified risks.
 * You will also support the Risk Management Framework (RMF) process to achieve system accreditation and ensure compliance with DoD cybersecurity standards.
 * Managing containerized environments, monitoring system performance, and providing support for complex technical issues.
 * You will also author and maintain technical documentation, including system design artifacts, standard operating procedures, and project plans.
 * Finally, you will evaluate emerging technologies and recommend solutions to enhance operational capabilities, ensuring that systems remain cutting-edge and mission-ready., * Experience supporting SharePoint development as necessary
 * Experience supporting SNOW development as necessary
 * AWS/Azure certifications

Security Clearance:

 * Active TS/SCI clearance required
