Proven experience independently leading testing activities for NPI (New Product Introduction) projects. * Strong knowledge of Wi-Fi/WLAN technologies, including IEEE 802.11 protocols, major Wi-Fi generations and key features (e.g., Wi-Fi 5/6/6E/7), Wi-Fi testing methodologies, and end-to-end Wi-Fi test coverage. Hands-on Wi-Fi product testing experience is required. * Solid understanding of common networking protocols and technologies, including TCP/UDP, IPv4/IPv6, DHCP, DNS, VLAN, and IPTV. * Strong troubleshooting skills for both wireless and wired networking issues, with the ability to analyze packet captures, logs, and test data to identify root causes. * Proficiency with network testing and analysis tools such as iPerf/iPerf3, Wireshark, and IxChariot. * Strong test analysis and test design capabilities, with the ability to independently analyze complex features, identify risks, develop test strategies, and design comprehensive test plans and test cases. * Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to independently drive complex technical issues from identification through resolution. * Strong communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively with R&D, Product Management, Hardware, chipset vendors, and other cross-functional teams.
