## About the Role

This position may be filled at the Systems Analyst 1, 2, 3 or 4 level, based on skills, experience, and alignment to the role's scope as evaluated through our structured selection process., * College Degree in the field of computer science, information science, management information systems Preferred

 * Minimum 8 years' IT development experience or equivalent Preferred
 * Effective verbal and written communications skills and the ability to communicate with business partners and other IT staff
 * Problem solving skills sufficient to perform research and recommend a proposed solution to problems
 * Able to work on multiple tasks and meet established deadlines
 * Able to effectively direct and coordinate the work of other team members on a project without having HR management responsibility for them
 * Knowledge of computer programming languages as required for the system

## Description

* Design, develop, and maintain high-quality applications that support critical business processes
 * Identify and propose strategies around technical problems affecting business, communicate standards, and get consensus on solutions
 * Collaborate with purpose. Work closely within your development team, architecture, and business partners to determine how to make our software even better
 * Lead the implementation of complex solutions and continuously refine them based on stakeholder feedback
 * Participate in application architecture, design reviews, and technical decision-making for our modernization initiatives
 * Solve interesting and complex problems to create a positive customer experience
 * Drive continuous improvement in both engineering practices and system capabilities
 * Align technical solutions with broader business and modernization objectives
