* Strong understanding of manufacturing planning and scheduling processes
 * Experience with SAP Plan-to-Make (PTM) processes
 * Understanding of lead time determination
 * Experience with configured and modelized/manufactured products
 * Ability to troubleshoot and root-cause planning and production-related issues
 * Experience working with business users, IT teams, and SAP COE organizations
 * Ability to support system testing and validation after configuration changes are completed

## Description

* Execute and coordinate testing activities for ongoing enhancements and projects
 * Support incident ticket management and issue resolution
 * Partner with business, IT, and COE teams to troubleshoot operational issues
 * Assist with business process validation and user acceptance testing
 * Support process documentation and user training as needed
 * Help maintain continuity while Generac transitions a team member into a new role
