* 5+ Years of experience in server hardware development, testing, or validation at a SaaS, public cloud, CSP, or similar company\n
 * Hands-on experience with hardware validation methodologies, benchmarking tools, and test automation\n
 * Working knowledge of modern server architectures and key components (CPU, memory, storage, networking)\n
 * Familiarity with server BMC implementation and management interfaces (Redfish, IPMI)\n
 * Proficiency in Linux server environments and scripting languages (Python, Bash)\n
 * Understanding of industry standards (PCIe, NVMe, DDR)\n
 * Strong problem-solving abilities and effective written and verbal communication skills\n
 * Proven experience utilizing AI technologies to enhance decision-making, streamline workflows and processes, improve efficiency and drive business outcomes.\n
