## Description

* 8+ years of experience in Network Operations, NOC, Infrastructure Monitoring, or IT Operations.
 * Strong experience with monitoring and alert management.
 * Hands-on experience with Splunk.
 * Experience with SolarWinds and/or Dynatrace.
 * Experience with event management, incident management, and escalation processes.
 * Strong understanding of networking concepts TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, HTTP/HTTPS, routing, and switching.
 * Good working knowledge of Linux/Unix environments.
 * ITIL Foundation certification preferred
 * Monitor enterprise network, server, and infrastructure environments 24x7.
 * Manage monitoring alerts, events, incidents, and escalations.
 * Analyze alerts and logs to identify performance issues and potential outages.
 * Work with Splunk, SolarWinds, Dynatrace, or similar monitoring platforms.
 * Develop and maintain monitoring dashboards, alerts, thresholds, and reports.
 * Perform event correlation and identify recurring operational issues.
 * Troubleshoot network, Linux, system, and application monitoring issues.
 * Collaborate with Network, Infrastructure, Cloud, and Application teams.
 * Participate in incident management, root-cause analysis, and problem management.
 * Follow ITIL-based incident, change, and event management processes.
 * Maintain monitoring documentation, operational procedures, and knowledge articles.
 * Support production environments and participate in on-call/shift operations when required.
 * Identify opportunities to improve monitoring coverage, alert quality, and operational efficiency.
