* Experience - 5.5+ years
 * Strong experience in ServiceNow AIOps, Event Management, and ITOM
 * Hands-on experience in designing, implementing, and maintaining ServiceNow AIOps solutions
 * Strong ServiceNow development experience with JavaScript, Glide APIs, Business Rules, Client Scripts, and Script Includes
 * Experience with Flow Designer, Integration Hub, Update Sets, and Scoped Applications
 * Hands-on experience with ServiceNow Event Management and alert correlation capabilities
 * Experience integrating ServiceNow with monitoring and observability tools such as SolarWinds, Dynatrace, AppDynamics, or similar platforms
 * Strong understanding of IT Operations Management (ITOM) processes and best practices
 * Experience working with REST and SOAP APIs for integrations
 * Ability to translate business requirements into scalable technical solutions
 * Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and problem-solving skills
 * Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
 * Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field
 * ServiceNow certifications in ITOM, Event Management, or AIOps will be an added advantage, Bachelor's or master's degree in computer science, Information Technology, or a related field

## Description

* Design, develop, implement, and maintain ServiceNow AIOps and Event Management solutions following ServiceNow best practices
 * Configure and optimize ServiceNow AIOps capabilities for business-critical applications and infrastructure
 * Implement Event Management solutions, including alert ingestion, alert correlation, and noise reduction
 * Develop and maintain integrations between ServiceNow and enterprise monitoring tools
 * Build and enhance platform capabilities using JavaScript, Glide APIs, Flow Designer, and Integration Hub
 * Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and design effective ITOM solutions
 * Configure and customize ServiceNow applications to meet business needs
 * Perform integration testing and ensure high-quality solution delivery
 * Troubleshoot and resolve application, integration, and platform-related issues
 * Support platform upgrades, deployments, and continuous improvement initiatives
 * Ensure adherence to ServiceNow development standards, governance, and security best practices
 * Participate in design reviews, code reviews, and provide technical recommendations
