Trace end-to-end employee lifecycle and payroll transactions to identify integration discrepancies. Execute root-cause analysis to pinpoint data, configuration, or logic errors across systems. Document integration data flows, transaction behaviors, system dependencies, and business rules. Collaborate with technical developers and third-party vendors to implement corrective actions. Validate system fixes to ensure corrected transactions produce expected results across all platforms. Recommend configuration and process improvements to prevent recurring integration failures.
