Required

 * Experience supporting desktop, laptops, mobile carts, hand held devices, and printers
 * Possess knowledge and understanding of MS Office Windows platforms and general knowledge of network connectivity and protocols
 * Two years work experience in support and repairing personal computers and related hardware and software
 * Associates Degree or specialized courses equivalent to two years of college in computer science, data processing, information systems, or related field
