What You'll Do

 * Global Collaboration: Organize and lead meetings with international software owners, ensuring every application lifecycle-from launch to retirement-is clearly mapped and managed in our ALM systems.
 * Data Stewardship: Partner with teams to keep our Configuration Management Database (CMDB) and Asset Management systems fully up-to-date and audit-ready.
 * Security & Compliance: Champion global IT initiatives including patching, archiving, and upgrading, keeping our digital environment safe and compliant.
 * Technical Partnership: Bridge the gap between business owners and technical teams (Windows, Linux, Database, Cloud, and more) to ensure seamless migrations and upgrades.
 * Project Oversight: Monitor, track, and report on project progress through dashboards and advanced Excel reporting, ensuring all stakeholders stay informed and aligned.
