Generic Managerial Skills (if any) * Own and drive incident communications with cross-functional stakeholders (business, operations, engineering). * Coordinate across onshore/offshore teams and vendors to restore service quickly and safely. * Strong prioritization, decision-making under pressure, and continuous-improvement mindset.
