## About the Role

Required Qualifications Experience: Several years of hands-on experience in the web hosting industry in both technical support and system administration.
OS Mastery: Advanced proficiency in Linux system administration and troubleshooting.
Familiarity with Windows Server environments (including IIS, MSSQL) for cross-platform support cases.
Hosting Stacks: Deep understanding of the cPanel/WHM ecosystem, CloudLinux (LVE, CageFS, Selectors), PHP configuration, and typical shared hosting constraints and workarounds.
In addition to proven expertise configuring, managing, and troubleshooting HTTP web servers (Apache, Nginx, LiteSpeed, etc.).
Web Technologies: Strong grasp of web server mechanics, relational/NoSQL databases, and the ability to debug complex web apps at the server level.
Networking Fundamentals: Solid understanding of TCP/IP, DNS, and network protocols.
Communication: Strong ability to manage escalated support tickets and collaborate with peers to provide custom technical solutions for clients.
Nice-to-Have Automation Scripting: Proficiency in writing Bash scripts, Python utilities, and utilizing Ansible playbooks to help the team automate routine deployments and maintenance tasks.
Billing Integration: Experience with WHMCS backend architecture and custom module integrations.
Hardware Architecture: Familiarity with high-density enterprise server architectures and large-scale account consolidation workflows.
Multilingual Support: Professional fluency in English is highly advantageous for internal documentation and diverse client communication.
