 * Monitor middleware environments and troubleshoot operational issues.
 * Develop and maintain automation scripts using Python, Jython, Shell scripting, and Ansible.
 * Support AWS-based infrastructure and middleware deployments.
 * Participate in on-call support rotations and incident resolution activities.
 * Maintain system documentation, procedures, and operational standards.
 * Collaborate with development, infrastructure, and operations teams to support business applications.
