Experteer Overview En este rol trabajarás para garantizar la disponibilidad y fiabilidad de plataformas digitales críticas.Diseñas y gestionas infraestructuras en la nube (AWS/Azure) y plataformas Kubernetes en producción, automatizando con IaC.Participas en CI/CD y en prácticas de observabilidad para definir SLIs/SLOs y responder a incidentes.Buscamos a alguien con foco en seguridad (DevSecOps) y experiencia en entornos regulados, capaz de liderar mejoras continuas y trabajar con equipos multidisciplinares.Compensaciones / Beneficios * Diseñar, administrar y evolucionar infraestructuras en la nube (AWS/Azure) * Gestionar clusters Kubernetes en producción * Automatizar infraestructura con Terraform (IaC) * Diseñar y mantener pipelines CI/CD (GitHub Actions, GitLab CI, Azure DevOps o Jenkins) * Desarrollar observabilidad y monitorización (Dynatrace, Prometheus, Grafana, OpenTelemetry) * Definir SLIs, SLOs y budgets de error * Liderar la respuesta a incidentes, análisis post-mortem y acciones de mejora * Incorporar seguridad en el desarrollo y despliegue (DevSecOps) * Conocimientos de scripting/programación (Python, Bash, Go o Java) * Conocimientos de arquitecturas distribuidas, alta disponibilidad y optimización de apps y bases de datos * Conocimientos de estándares ISO *****, NIST, CIS, SOC2 * Experiencia en entornos regulados (preferentemente financiero/bancario) * Conocimientos de GitOps (ArgoCD, Flux), Service Mesh (Istio, Linkerd), Policy as Code (OPA, Kyverno) y FinOps Responsabilidades * +5 años de experiencia en DevOps/SRE * Nivel avanzado de inglés * Programación o scripting (Python, Bash, Go o Java) * Experiencia con infraestructuras en la nube (AWS/Azure) y Kubernetes * Automatización de Infraestructura con Terraform * Experiencia en CI/CD y herramientas de pipeline * Enfoque en seguridad y DevSecOps * Conocimientos de observabilidad y gestión de incidentes * Experiencia en entornos regulados (preferente sector financiero) * Conocimientos de GitOps, Service Mesh y Policy as Code Requisitos principales *
