## About the Role

Required:

 + 5+ years of consulting or industry experience

 + 2+ years leading EPM workstreams

 + Experience on two Workday Adaptive Planning or similar EPM implementations/deployments

 + Bachelor's Degree or equivalent professional experience

 + * Workday Adaptive certification or successfully completing relevant Workday certification upon joining

 + * Ability to travel up to 50% on average, based on the work you do and the clients and industries/sectors you serve

 + Limited immigration sponsorship may be available

Preferred:

 + An advanced degree in the area of specialization

 + Strong functional knowledge around EPM financial systems and processes

 + A proven resource in defining systems strategy, developing systems requirements, designing and prototyping, testing, training, defining support procedures, and implementing practical business solutions under multiple deadlines

 + Ability to work independently, manage small engagements or parts of large engagements

 + Willingness to mentor junior staff

## Description

Sr Consultant : Leads project workstreams, identification and documentation of business requirements and requirements management. Provide functional design, prototyping (including scenario design, flow mapping), testing, user training, defining support procedures. Additional duties may include: coordination of schedules, creation of documentation and collateral, creation and execution of test / use cases, configuration of Workday software, assisting with prioritization and sequencing of the workstream's efforts and assisting project leadership as required., The wage range for this role takes into account the wide range of factors that are considered in making compensation decisions including but not limited to skill sets; experience and training; licensure and certifications; and other business and organizational needs. The disclosed range estimate has not been adjusted for the applicable geographic differential associated with the location at which the position may be filled. At Deloitte, it is not typical for an individual to be hired at or near the top of the range for their role and compensation decisions are dependent on the facts and circumstances of each case. A reasonable estimate of the current range is $107,600 to $198,400.

You may also be eligible to participate in a discretionary annual incentive program, subject to the rules governing the program, whereby an award, if any, depends on various factors, including, without limitation, individual and organizational performance.
