* Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field.
 * 5+ years' experience in software engineering or technology development, with hands-on experience designing and implementing AI solutions.
 * Experience working with generative AI and agentic AI systems in production or near-production environments.
 * Solid understanding of software engineering principles, data storage, and cloud platforms.
 * Strong collaboration, problem-solving, and communication skills, including technical documentation (e.g., UML).
 * Familiarity with web technologies and frameworks (React, Spring) is advantageous.

## Description

We are seeking an AI Engineer to design, build, and integrate advanced AI capabilities into enterprise-grade software solutions. This role focuses on implementing AI-driven features within a large web-based platform, working collaboratively with product, data science, and engineering teams.
This role will work at our office in Arlington, Virginia., * Design and implement AI solutions within software products, including generative and agentic AI features.

 * Contribute to the design and integration of AI components within existing software architectures.
 * Build and deploy AI-enabled features in cloud-native environments (e.g., AWS, GCP).
 * Work closely with product and data science teams to ensure AI solutions align with business objectives and compliance requirements.
 * Contribute to engineering best practices through high-quality code, documentation, and collaboration.
 * Implement and support evaluation and monitoring mechanisms to ensure AI solutions meet accuracy and reliability standards.
