 * ITIL Foundation Certification.

Preferred Skills & Certifications:

 * Experience working within government or public sector IT environments.
 * Additional Microsoft certifications related to Dynamics 365 or Azure.

## Description

The Programmer Analyst 6 (Dynamics 365 Systems Architect) will serve as both a Dynamics Architect and developer, providing expert support and development for Microsoft Dynamics 365, Power Platform, and Azure environments. The role involves hybrid work with onsite presence required twice weekly and focuses on application support, infrastructure, and technical customer service within a government setting. Responsibilities:

 * Architect and develop solutions using Microsoft Dynamics 365, Power Apps, Power Portal, and Power Pages.
 * Provide application support and troubleshoot issues related to Dynamics 365 and Azure infrastructure.
 * Deliver technical customer service and collaborate with stakeholders to meet system requirements.
 * Maintain and support network and infrastructure components related to Dynamics 365 deployments.
 * Participate in MS Teams video interviews and potentially in-person meetings as required.
