## About the Role

* Experience in broadcast operations, digital media operations, or content supply chain management, database or asset management systems, film and television formats, deliverables, and ordering processes, video file specifications for broadcast and VOD platforms
 * Managing and reporting on large volumes of data with high attention to detail, Proficiency with Mac computers and productivity tools (Airtable, Microsoft Word, Excel, or equivalent)
 * Experience with IBMS, Fabric, or similar media management platforms, Adobe Creative Cloud, Production Asset Management (PAM) systems such as Iconik
 * Familiarity with content security protocols and secure media workflows, Bachelor's degree in Media Studies, Communications, Film/Television Production, or related field
 - 1+ years of experience in broadcast operations, digital media operations, or content supply chain management
 - Experience with database or asset management systems
 - Knowledge of film and television formats, deliverables, and ordering processes
 - Knowledge of video file specifications for broadcast and VOD platforms
 - Experience managing and reporting on large volumes of data with high attention to detail
 - Proficiency with Mac computers and productivity tools (Airtable, Microsoft Word, Excel, or equivalent), Experience with IBMS, Fabric, or similar media management platforms
 - Experience with Production Asset Management (PAM) systems such as Iconik
 - Familiarity with content security protocols and secure media workflows
 - Experience with Adobe Creative Cloud
 - Experience working with international teams across multiple time zones
 - Experience with AI/ML tools or automation initiatives in media workflows
 - Demonstrated ability to identify process improvements and drive operational efficiency

## Description

* Support Network Operations in all hardware and software development initiatives, including future AI project development, to drive peak workflow efficiency
 * Serve as the liaison with third-party vendors and Post Production teams to ensure compliance with evolving industry standards for video codecs, audio configurations, localization, audio description, graphics, etc
 * Review, modify, and maintain MGM+ asset and delivery specifications to meet business and technical requirements
 * Coordinate the trafficking of program content and promotional materials via secure delivery platforms (Aspera, Box) through the LGA16 restricted-access Secure Media Network
 * Manage archival assets utilizing the Iconik PAM Production Management System, ensuring content is organized, accessible, and secure
 * Perform Quality Control (QC) management of assets within the Network Operations infrastructure, identifying and escalating issues proactively
 * Provide guidance to cross-functional MGM+ teams (Creative Services, Post Production, PR) on hardware and software solutions for content processing that meet Security protocols, You will assist multiple teams at MGM+ in meeting their business goals by providing hardware and software solutions to meet a very dynamic and ever changing video distribution product and service.

Network Operations consists of 12 members based in NYC and London. The team comes provides decades worth of industry experience in all phases of asset procurement, processing and publication across all platforms and industry affiliates.
