This individual will be responsible for managing multiple concurrent projects, driving cross-functional collaboration, and ensuring the successful execution of infrastructure modernization efforts. A key focus of this role will be overseeing network refresh projects, including the replacement of legacy switches and other critical infrastructure components within data center environments. The ideal candidate will possess a strong technical foundation, exceptional organizational skills, and the ability to communicate effectively with both technical and business stakeholders. Responsibilities -Manage multiple infrastructure and data center projects simultaneously, ensuring delivery within scope, budget, and schedule. -Lead network modernization initiatives, including switch replacement and refresh programs across enterprise data center environments. -Coordinate project activities between engineering teams, operations teams, vendors, and business stakeholders. -Develop and maintain project plans, timelines, risk registers, status reports, and executive-level communications. -Facilitate project meetings, track action items, and drive accountability across project teams. -Identify project risks, dependencies, and roadblocks, and proactively implement mitigation strategies. -Ensure infrastructure changes are properly planned, tested, documented, and executed according to established change management processes. -Monitor project progress and provide regular updates to leadership and stakeholders. -Support resource planning and prioritize competing project demands across multiple workstreams. -Collaborate with network, systems, security, and data center teams to ensure successful project execution. -Manage relationships with third-party vendors and service providers involved in infrastructure deployments.
