## Description

Join the Workload Orchestration team as an Associate Tech Support Analyst responsible for maintaining and monitoring the enterprise workload schedule, backup processes, and data center infrastructure.

 * Maintains and updates key performance indicator data.
 * Supports schedule changes and updates operational documentation to meet business needs.
 * Assists business users with scheduling requests and issue resolution.
 * Responds to system alerts using monitoring tools.
 * Enforces security protocols to protect Data Center integrity and Publix's sensitive corporate data.
