* Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or related technical discipline
 * Medical device product development experience, specifically supporting complex capital equipment systems
 * 5+ years of Systems Engineering experience, with consideration given to both Senior and Principal-level candidates
 * Strong background in systems architecture, requirements development, decomposition, allocation, and end-to-end traceability
 * Experience with requirements management tools such as Jama, Codebeamer, Jira, or similar platforms
 * Experience leading cross-functional product development efforts involving hardware, software, electrical, and mechanical engineering teams
 * Strong communication skills with the ability to influence technical and business stakeholders
