In this role, you'll build and scale experiences for hunters as part of the Hunt team. You'll support onX's goal of delivering a best-in-class Hunt experience from onboarding through the season. You'll take ownership of your work, collaborate closely with partners across the organization, and help move initiatives forward in an environment where priorities evolve, learning is celebrated, and you're encouraged to keep stretching your skills. This role will report to the Engineering Manager of Hunt. WHAT YOU'LL DO (Essential job duties and responsibilities): * Design and build an Android application focused on engaging experiences. * Partner with engineers and product managers across teams to integrate with services cleanly. * Contribute to architectural decisions and write thorough unit, integration, and acceptance tests to keep the app reliable, performant, and maintainable. * Provide code review and coverage across the team's work to keep everyone shipping. * Design, build, and analyze A/B experiments * Look for opportunities to embed AI as a repeatable co-pilot in daily workflows by integrating experimentation into real work, and continuously refining its use with sound judgment and validation. ## Related Videos - [Are Code Reviews Worth It?
