 * Backend Validation
 * UAT / User Acceptance Testing experience (hands-on execution + documentation) - BACKEND VALIDATION IS A MUST
 * Strong documentation of test cases, test execution, defects

## Description

* Execute business scenarios in a UAT environment
 * Understand business requirements and intent
 * Create/refine test approach and test plan
 * Document test case execution, results, defects (detailed)
 * Partner with stakeholders to clarify questions and provide testing status
 * Maintain testing artifacts properly
 * Reconcile results across tests/groups
 * Support process improvements and testing readiness milestones with UAT Lead/Manager

Important: No UI validation focus.

Resume Must Show

Please ensure the resume clearly shows the following in Skills and in Responsibilities:

 * Advanced SQL (complex queries)
 * UAT testing (test cases + execution + defect documentation)
