 * Experience with Cisco Meraki networking equipment and Windows Server environments.
 * CCNA, Microsoft, or related certifications preferred., * Are you willing to undergo a pre-employment criminal background check?
 * Do you have prior experience working in a higher education or educational setting? If so, how many years?

## Description

Our client is seeking an experienced IT Administrator to be responsible for supporting and maintaining hardware, software, servers, network infrastructure, and critical technology systems to ensure secure and efficient operations. The IT Administrator will collaborate with staff and faculty to implement technology solutions, provide technical training, manage audio/visual systems, and support continuous improvement of organizational and educational technology initiatives., * Provide technical support for hardware, software, and user account issues.

 * Coordinate with vendors and support teams to troubleshoot and resolve escalated technical problems.
 * Set up, operate, and maintain audio/visual systems, including microphones, projectors, and live-streaming equipment.
 * Manage budgets, oversee fund allocation, and maintain accurate financial records.
 * Administer servers and network infrastructure to ensure system performance, security, and reliability.
 * Monitor and support critical technology systems, including access control, security cameras, and phone systems.
 * Plan, implement, and coordinate technology upgrades and infrastructure improvements.
 * Collaborate with faculty to integrate technology and educational software into the curriculum.
 * Train staff and students on cybersecurity awareness and technology best practices.
 * Create and maintain documentation for IT systems, processes, and procedures.
