Hands-on experience testing medallion architecture or layered data architectures. Strong experience validating ETL processes . Solid understanding of data quality testing, including completeness, accuracy, duplication, reconciliation and consistency checks. Experience testing exception scenarios , defaulting rules and edge cases in data pipelines. Experience validating self-service analytics solutions, including calculations, aggregations, data presentation and report outputs. Ability to work autonomously Strong analytical mindset and attention to detail. Good communication skills to interact with both technical and business stakeholders. Nice to have: Experience in banking, financial services or highly regulated environments. Experience with cloud-based data platforms or modern data lakehouse approaches. Knowledge of SQL for data validation and reconciliation. Experience with BI or reporting tools such as Power BI, Tableau, Qlik or similar. Experience working in Agile delivery teams.
