Preferred Skills & Certifications: * Experience supporting case management systems or similar judicial technology solutions. * Prior experience providing onsite technical support and user training. * Familiarity with statewide judicial branch technology environments. ## Description The Client Technologies Specialist (Senior) for Maine eCourts will provide comprehensive onsite technical support across multiple judicial branch locations throughout Maine during the statewide implementation of the new case management system. This role involves troubleshooting, user training, system evaluation, and ensuring smooth technology integration to support court staff effectively. The position requires strong technical proficiency combined with excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with a home base in the Augusta, ME area and statewide travel.
