## About the Role

Bachelor's, Master's degree or PhD in Physics, Materials Science, Engineering, Chemistry, Biology, or a related scientific discipline.
-Hands-on experience with laser material processing and operation of SEM and/or FIB systems.
-Experience with ultrafast or femtosecond laser technologies is highly desirable.
-Demonstrated ability to develop processes, design experiments, troubleshoot equipment, and solve complex technical challenges.
-Experience working with advanced materials such as semiconductors, glass, ceramics, metals, or similar materials.
-Customer-facing experience delivering demonstrations, training, application support, or technical troubleshooting.
-Willingness to travel globally up to 40-50%.

## Description

Partner with customers to develop and optimize laser-processing applications that meet specific research, manufacturing, and analytical objectives.
-Design and perform experiments using advanced laser systems, SEM, FIB, optical imaging, and related analytical technologies.
-Troubleshoot technical challenges, refine processing methods, and deliver reliable, repeatable workflows that achieve customer expectations.
-Own customer application projects from initial concept through final results, managing scope, priorities, timelines, and deliverables.
-Capture and analyze imaging and experimental data, document findings, and prepare clear technical reports with recommendations and conclusions.
-Plan and execute technical demonstrations, feasibility studies, and proof-of-concept projects that showcase the capabilities of Laser Technologies solutions.
-Collaborate closely with Sales teams by providing technical expertise, application insights, presentations, and customer support throughout the evaluation process.
-Deliver customer training, installation support, workflow transfer, and ongoing applications assistance through both remote and on-site engagement.
