OR: Relevant Oracle certification (Oracle Database SQL Certified Associate or Oracle PL/SQL Developer Certified Professional) combined with demonstrated practical project experience. Active Secret clearance (or ability to obtain). Preferred Experience with ETL tool development and data pipeline architecture. Familiarity with data warehouse concepts and business intelligence reporting. Strong communication skills and ability to engage directly with non-technical stakeholders. ## Description The Oracle Report Developer designs, develops, and maintains complex reports and queries to support mission-critical operations. This position works closely with business stakeholders to translate reporting requirements into technical solutions using Oracle databases, SQL, PL/SQL, and reporting tools. This position includes developing PL/SQL based automation to update records according to stakeholder requirements. Core Responsibilities Application & Report Development Design, develop, and maintain PL/SQL-based database applications and stored procedures. Write complex SQL queries including multi-table joins, subqueries, window functions, and aggregate operations. Design, build, test, and deploy reports using PL/SQL, SQL, and in-house reporting tools. Ensure all reports and outputs meet data accuracy, security classification, and compliance requirements. Develop PL/SQL automation to update, transform, and manage records per stakeholder-defined business rules. Performance & Quality Optimize PL/SQL stored procedures and SQL query performance for operational workloads. Troubleshoot application and reporting defects, identifying root cause and implementing durable fixes. Create and maintain technical documentation for reports, procedures, and database objects. Additional Responsibilities (Preferred) Develop ETL pipelines to support application data integration and operational data movement needs. Collaborate with application and web development teams on database-side solutions to business problems. Partner with business units to convert requirements into database objects and BI reports.
