Key Competencies: * Knowledge of and experience with Systems Engineering tools and requirements. * Knowledge of design and architecture tools and principles. * Strong foundation of the following subsystems: Cabinets/Structures, Refrigeration, Airflow, Heat or similar. * High attention to detail and strong organizational skills. * Exceptional verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills. * Organizational courage to raise issues and provide solutions to problems. * Ability to work in a team environment and collaborate with teams in multiple locations * Product development knowledge. ## Description The Unitary Systems Engineer is responsible for the implementation and continuous development of Systems Engineering tools and practices in support of product development and architecture governance. This key position is responsible for the process of requirements management, interface management, and other technical documentation critical to the systematic design and governance of the Trane Commercial Unitary architecture portfolio.
