## About the Role

* This position requires a person be physically fit and mentally alert. There may be a need for standing,

walking, sitting, lifting, kneeling, bending, using/working on a step ladder, stretching, reaching, handling, thinking, reasoning, and calculating, some of it constant.

 * This job has an inherent amount of physical and mental stress. All candidates must be prepared for

and capable of adapting to such conditions.

 * This person must be literate in English and reasonably skilled in math.

 * This person must have excellent problem solving and troubleshooting skills.

 * This person must have a detail-oriented approach to tasks

 * A positive attitude and polite behavior are expected in all dealings with members and/or fellow Team

members. This person must have a customer service-oriented attitude., o Basic knowledge of LAN/WAN networks and TCP/IIP troubleshooting

o Strong reading, writing and verbal communication skills

o 3+ years IT experience including supporting a Microsoft Windows environment

o Experience with Microsoft 365 including Sharepoint and Team

o The ability to communicate and work with all levels of staff who possess varying degrees of

technical skills.

Requirements

o Capable of working independently as well as part of a team

o Flexible, quick learner who is resourceful, perseveres and understands the value of

documentation

o Flexibility to work off hours as needed, including some evenings/weekends

## Description

* This person will install, configure, and troubleshoot hardware and software.

 * This person will assist with new hire onboarding account setup and change requests as needed.

 * This person will monitor the helpdesk ticketing system queue and act as a primary point of contact.

 * This person will coordinate break/fix work with company vendors including deliveries and installs.

 * This person will manage IT projects as needed and assist with departmental projects.
