## About the Role

'- Bachelor's degree and 7-10 years of relevant experience or equivalent combination of education and experience required., * Business architecture or solution architecture work connecting business capabilities, value streams, processes, operating models, user journeys, and technology solutions.

 * Ability to work with technical SMEs and business leaders to evaluate options, risks, cost-benefit considerations, integration impacts, enterprise reuse opportunities, and solution governance.
 * Enterprise level solution leadership experience with the ability to lead flagship pursuits and address highly complex operational, technical, business, financial, compliance and delivery challenges.
 * Strong understanding of U.S. government services delivery models, including Eligibility & Enrollment, Contact Centers, Workforce Services, Medicaid Enterprise Systems and related operational environments.
 * Demonstrated ability to make and communicate major solution decisions, resolve competing tradeoffs and provide decision ready recommendations under aggressive timelines.
 * Ability to identify organizational capability gaps and define development priorities that strengthen solutioning maturity and readiness for future enterprise-scale pursuits
 * Excellent written and verbal communication skills with the executive presence required to represent solutioning leadership in executive reviews and strategic forums.
 * CRM, case management, contact center/CCaaS, cloud platforms, data and analytics, workflow automation, digital services, human-centered design, API/integration patterns, identity/access considerations, and vendor-neutral technology recommendations experience highly preferred.

## Description

* Facilitate the development of cross-line-of-business solutions by combining knowledge of business capabilities, value streams, and business processes. Consult with technical subject matter experts to develop technical solutions and advise on options, risks, cost-benefit considerations, and impacts on other business processes and system priorities.
 * Work with the Business Development organization to assess competitive threats and opportunities from digital enterprises that fall outside the traditional realm of competition.
 * Support the organization's digital strategy and approach to digital innovation and monetization through close collaboration with the Digital Solutions organization.
 * Utilize a toolbox of business architecture deliverables to help business leaders identify and make informed technology investment decisions. Deliverables include, but are not limited to: business-outcome statements, strategy-on-a-page, scenario planning, business capability modeling, value-stream mapping, business process models, ecosystem modeling, customer and user profiling, journey maps, human-centric design, and investment roadmaps.
 * Work with business and technology executives to articulate and clarify business and operating models. Use the organization's existing business and operating model as a starting point for innovation, such as using new technologies to enhance a specific building block.
 * Seek opportunities to drive adoption of new technology and to reuse existing technology to enable business capabilities, value streams, and business processes.
