 * Experience working in Agile development environments.
 * Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting skills.
 * Excellent communication and collaboration skills with technical and non-technical stakeholders.

## Description

As a Senior Full Stack Engineer , you will make an impact by designing, developing, and enhancing modern full stack applications that deliver exceptional user experiences and drive business value. You will work closely with product owners, architects, developers, and stakeholders to translate business requirements into scalable, secure, and high-performing solutions.

This position does not offer visa sponsorship. Candidates must be authorized to work without sponsorship now or in the future, including OPT, CPT, H1B or any other work authorization requiring employer sponsorship.

In this role, you will:

 * Develop and enhance full stack applications using modern frontend and backend technologies.
 * Translate business requirements into robust technical solutions and scalable system designs.
 * Drive CI/CD automation, code quality initiatives, security best practices, and performance optimization efforts.
 * Collaborate with cross-functional teams in an Agile environment to deliver high-quality solutions.
 * Participate in code reviews, architectural discussions, and continuous improvement initiatives.
 * Troubleshoot and resolve application issues while ensuring reliability, maintainability, and scalability.

Work model (Remote)

This role requires candidates to be based in the United States and available to collaborate across distributed teams and client schedules.
