* 8+ years of experience in Application Production Support / Application Support.
 * Strong hands-on experience with Java and/or .NET applications.
 * Strong SQL and database troubleshooting skills.
 * Good experience with Linux/Unix command-line utilities.
 * Experience troubleshooting REST APIs, web services, and application integrations.
 * Strong knowledge of log analysis and application monitoring.
 * Experience with Incident Management, Problem Management, and RCA
 * ITIL certification is preferred.
 * Provide L2/L3 production support for critical enterprise applications., Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of education and experience.

## Description

* Troubleshoot Java/.NET, SQL, API, Linux, and integration-related issues.
 * Analyze application, server, and transaction logs to identify root causes.
 * Respond to production incidents and restore services within defined SLAs.
 * Perform detailed RCA for major and recurring incidents.
 * Identify recurring issues and recommend permanent fixes.
 * Work closely with Development, QA, Infrastructure, Database, and DevOps teams.
 * Support application releases, deployments, patches, and production changes.
 * Create and maintain incident, problem, and knowledge-management documentation.
 * Participate in on-call and production support activities as required.
