## About the Role

 * Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to communicate technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
 * Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field (preferred).

## Description

The NetSuite / Salesforce Integration & Solution Architect is responsible for designing and implementing scalable integration solutions between NetSuite and Salesforce platforms. This role requires strong architectural vision, hands-on technical expertise, and the ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver seamless business process automation and data flow. The architect will analyze current workflows, recommend integration best practices, and ensure robust, secure, and high-performance solutions are delivered in alignment with organizational goals.
Primary Objectives:

 * Design, develop, and optimize end-to-end integration solutions between NetSuite and Salesforce, utilizing APIs, middleware, and appropriate integration tools.
 * Serve as technical lead in solution architecture, integration strategy, and best practice standards for both platforms.
 * Analyze and document existing business processes to identify integration opportunities, streamline workflows, and improve data visibility and accuracy.
 * Provide hands-on leadership in developing, testing, deploying, and maintaining integration processes.
 * Oversee troubleshooting and resolution of complex integration issues, ensuring minimal downtime and seamless data synchronization.
 * Ensure all integration solutions meet security, compliance, and scalability requirements.
 * Develop and maintain technical documentation, integration maps, and architecture diagrams.
 * Collaborate with IT, business analysts, developers, and stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into actionable integration solutions.
 * Stay current with advancements in NetSuite, Salesforce, and integration technologies, recommending enhancements as needed.
