## About the Role

* At least 6 years of professional experience in a systems engineer or support role at an MSP
 * Strong hands-on experience with Windows environments and Active Directory
 * Working knowledge of basic networking concepts
 * Comfort managing competing priorities across support and project work
 * Valid driver's license for travel to client sites

## Description

Our client is seeking an MSP Systems Engineer to serve as a support and project resource across multiple client environments. The ideal candidate thrives on variety, enjoys building client relationships, and is comfortable operating as a generalist across support, projects, and client-facing work. This is a hybrid position based in Fairfield County, CT.
MSP Systems Engineer's Responsibilities and Duties:

 * Handle escalated support tickets passed up from the helpdesk team
 * Own project-based work at assigned client accounts from planning through execution
 * Partner with the Sales team to identify and scope additional project opportunities
 * Travel to client sites throughout Connecticut 2-3 days per week
 * Split remaining time between the Shelton office and remote work
