verification, or related engineering experience supporting complex systems.5+ years of hands-on experience developing and governing system models in Cameo Systems Modeler/MagicDraw or a closely related MBSE tool.Advanced working knowledge of SysML and demonstrated ability to build coherent, reviewable models that connect mission needs, requirements, behavior, structure, interfaces, and verification.Demonstrated experience leading system architecture, requirements decomposition, interface management, trade studies, technical reviews, and lifecycle baselines.Ability to identify cross-domain technical risks, resolve ambiguity, balance competing constraints, and provide clear, evidence-based recommendations to decision-makers.Strong leadership, mentoring, facilitation, technical writing, presentation, and customer-facing communication skills.Must have or be able to obtain a U.S. SECRET security clearance.Preferred Qualifications:Master's degree in Systems Engineering or a related technical
