* Abgeschlossene IT-Ausbildung (Lehre | Fachschule | HTL)

## Description

Als Senior im Team übernimmst die fachliche Verantwortung für deine drei Kolleg:innen im IT-Support. Konkret bedeutet das:

 * Koordination des Teams und Verteilung der Aufgaben (Loadbalancing und Priorisierung von Tickets)
 * Unterstützung der Kolleg:innen bei der Problem- und Lösungsfindung
 * Inhaltliche Weiterentwicklung des internen Ticketsystems und Optimierung des Support-Prozesses (ITIL)
 * Fachliche Entwicklung des Teams, gemeinsam mit den Kolleg:innen aus der IT-System- und Netzwerkadministration
 * Mitarbeit an IT-Projekten sowie Dokumentation von IT-Systemen und Prozessen
