## About the Role

* Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Engineering, Software Engineering, or a related field
 * Proficiency in C and C++ programming
 * Python and Linux knowledge is an advantage
 * Basic understanding of microcontrollers
 * Ability to work effectively in a global team environment
 * Willingness to travel domestically and internationally for customer support and training

Please note: The successful candidate may/will be responsible for security related tasks. The assignment may/will be in scope of security certifications, therefore a conscious and reliable way of working is necessary.

## Description

You will be a member of the Customer Application Support team and part of a worldwide technical community providing premium pre and post sales technical support to NXP customers and their projects. You drive design-in activity at customer sites in close cooperation with the regional NXP support and sales teams; you provide technical skills & support to NXP's sales staff and will liaise with the NXP technical community about technical issues and future roadmap of your customer(s)., * Provide proactive technical support and solution engineering for customers

 * Support customers remotely and on site
 * Offer technical consulting and guidance during customers' system definition phase
 * Support technical design-in activities and lead customer projects
 * Deliver technical product and solution training to customers
 * Create application notes and technical support materials
 * Contribute engineering support during product development
 * Share customer feedback to help shape next-generation products
