 * JSON: JSON, JSON Schema, JSON Lines
 * EDI: EDIFACT, X12
 * Databases & SQL: Driver configuration; working across dev/test/prod; JDBC/ODBC/ADO
 * App delivery: Familiarity with mobile app development & deployment (Android, iOS, Windows, HTML5)
 * Systems: VM usage; installing/configuring Windows & Linux; containerization (e.g., Docker)
 * Generalist mindset: Broad knowledge of software development processes and Internet technologies

## Description

* Windows desktop developer tools for XML, JSON, EDI, ETL, databases, UML, XBRL, and more
 * High-performance server applications for Windows and Linux using the same technologies
 * Rapid application development tools and server applications for mobile platforms
 * Regulatory solutions (e.g., CbCR, EBA, ESEF, Solvency II, WIP) delivered via mobile apps or Excel VSTO add-ins

What You'll Do

 * Advise customers on how to implement Altova products to meet their goals
 * Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues; reproduce, analyze, and document findings
 * Communicate clearly with customers via email, phone, chat, remote desktop, and video
 * Collaborate with internal engineering, QA, and documentation teams on technical matters
 * Capture customer feedback and contribute to product quality and usability
