## Description

* Erstellung und Pflege von Qualitätskonzepten unter Berücksichtigung der Anforderungen nach VDA und APQP - von der Kundenanfrage über die Projektphase bis hin zur Serien- und Ersatzteilproduktion
 * Vorstellung von Bemusterungen an den Kunden (PPF und PPAP)
 * Mitarbeit bei der Erstellung und Pflege von FMEA und Herstellbarkeitsanalysen
 * Kommunikation mit dem Kunden und Bearbeitung von Reklamationen mittels 8D-Systematik
 * Eigenständige Planung, Durchführung und Nachbereitung von Prozess- und Systemaudits (VDA 6.3 Prozessauditor, Interner Auditor IATF 16949) und Gewährleistungsanalysen
 * Prüfung und Freigabe von Lieferantenbemusterungen
