## Description

* Je biedt 2nd line support en lost complexe IT-vraagstukken op rond hardware, software, servers, netwerken en Microsoft-omgevingen.
 * Je beheert en optimaliseert de IT-infrastructuur, waaronder Microsoft 365, servers, back-ups, netwerkcomponenten en security-oplossingen.
 * Je configureert gebruikersaccounts, toestellen, smartphones, rechtenstructuren en andere IT-gerelateerde systemen.
 * Je werkt actief mee aan IT-projecten zoals infrastructuurverbeteringen, implementaties, netwerkuitbreidingen en standaardisatie van processen.
 * Je analyseert beveiligingsrisico's, denkt mee over de IT-strategie en helpt structuur brengen binnen de IT-omgeving.
