Who You Are * Experienced professional: At least 4 years of experience in AI, with a strong background in consulting and delivering impactful projects for diverse clients. * Leader and collaborator: Proven experience managing teams, guiding junior colleagues, and fostering collaboration in multidisciplinary environments. * Innovative thinker: Able to identify emerging trends in generative AI and apply them to real-world challenges. * Results-oriented: Comfortable handling end-to-end project delivery, from ideation and development to deployment and client engagement. * Eager to grow: Passionate about advancing your expertise in LLMs and generative AI while mentoring others., * A degree in computer science, engineering, mathematics, or a related field; advanced degrees (MSc or PhD) are a plus. * At least 4 years of professional experience in AI, with a strong focus on Data, Machine Learning, LLMs, or generative AI. * Consulting experience, including managing client relationships and delivering tailored solutions. * Deep expertise in modern LLM techniques including fine-tuning, RAG systems, agentic AI, evaluation frameworks, and production deployment. * Strong programming skills in Python and extensive experience with NLP/AI frameworks (e.g., Hugging Face, OpenAI, Anthropic, LangGraph, Agno, ….). * Leadership and project management skills, with a proven track record of managing teams and delivering complex AI projects. * Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
