 * Je weet businessnoden te vertalen naar concrete technische acties.
 * Je hebt ervaring met backlogbeheer, prioriteitsbepaling en softwaredelivery.
 * Je beschikt over voldoende technische kennis om ontwikkelaars en externe leveranciers inhoudelijk uit te dagen.
 * Je begrijpt de principes van softwareontwikkeling, integraties, databases en applicatiearchitectuur.
 * Ervaring met .NET, SQL Server, ERP- of CRM-omgevingen vormt een plus.
 * Je bent hands-on en voelt je comfortabel in een operationele rol dicht bij de business.
 * Je communiceert vlot in het Nederlands en Engels. Kennis van Frans is een bijkomende troef.

## Description

Als Technical Project Manager ben je verantwoordelijk voor de coördinatie en opvolging van diverse software- en digitaliseringsprojecten.

* vertaalt businessbehoeften naar duidelijke technische opdrachten voor ontwikkelteams;
 * werkt mee aan de opbouw, structurering en opvolging van de ontwikkelbacklog;
 * bewaakt prioriteiten in functie van bedrijfsdoelstellingen en lopende projecten;
 * coördineert externe ontwikkelaars, consultants en technische partners;
 * fungeert als aanspreekpunt voor zowel business stakeholders als technische teams;
 * volgt de voortgang, kwaliteit en oplevering van softwareontwikkelingen nauwgezet op;
 * ondersteunt strategische IT-projecten rond bedrijfsapplicaties, data en systeemintegraties;
 * rapporteert rechtstreeks aan het internationale engineering management.
