## About the Role

* A degree in IT or a first experience/internship in IT support.
 * Basic knowledge of Windows environments and Microsoft 365.
 * Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
 * Fluent French and a good level of English. Dutch is a plus.
 * A positive attitude, willingness to learn, and strong customer-service mindset.
 * Team player with a proactive approach to problem-solving.
 * Great level of English (fluent speaker)

## Description

As part of the IT team, you will be the first point of contact for end users and help ensure a smooth and efficient IT experience across the organization., * Providing first-line IT support to employees.

 * Troubleshooting hardware, software, and Microsoft 365 issues.
 * Managing incidents and service requests through the ticketing system.
 * Preparing and configuring laptops, desktops, and mobile devices.
 * Assisting with onboarding and offboarding activities.
 * Escalating complex issues when necessary and following up to resolution.
 * Delivering excellent customer service to users at all levels of the business.
