## About the Role

* Je hebt een bachelor- of masterdiploma (in IT, informatiemanagement, economische wetenschappen of gelijkwaardig). Zowel enthousiaste starters (0 tot 3 jaar ervaring) als kandidaten met ervaring in applicatiesupport zijn van harte welkom!
 * Je spreekt en schrijft uitstekend Nederlands en Frans. Kennis van het Engels is een mooie plus.
 * Goede basiskennis van Microsoft 365 (Excel, Teams, SharePoint, etc.). Kennis van Salesforce, SQL-queries of gegevensstromen is een pluspunt.
 * Je bent analytisch ingesteld, oplossingsgericht en communicatief vaardig. Je bent nieuwsgierig naar technologie en werkt nauwkeurig

## Description

* Eerstelijns ondersteuning: Je helpt gebruikers bij vragen en incidenten rond diverse applicaties (zoals Agresso, Salesforce, Field Service, AQManager, etc.) en volgt tickets op tot ze volledig opgelost zijn.
 * Analyse & Behoeften: Je brengt de noden van de gebruikers in kaart, leert onze bedrijfsprocessen grondig kennen en helpt de samenwerking tussen de business en technische IT-teams te versoepelen.
 * Applicatie- & Databeheer: Je beheert gebruikersrechten en toegangen, voert functionele testen uit bij updates of wijzigingen en controleert de kwaliteit en consistentie van de gegevens.
 * Documentatie & Kennisdeling: Je stelt heldere handleidingen en support-procedures op en houdt de interne kennisdatabank up-to-date.
 * Innovatie & AI: Je zet slimme AI-tools en automatisering in om efficiënter te werken, informatie sneller op te zoeken en terugkerende taken te vereenvoudigen.
